Jamal Engineering Office is seeking a qualified Civil/Structural Engineer with strong site supervision experience to join our team for a prestigious Saudi Aramco building construction project in Saudi Arabia.
Position: Civil/Structural Engineer – Site Supervision
Experience: Minimum 5+ years (Aramco projects preferred)
Location: Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with Aramco standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.

Monitor and review civil and structural works, including concrete, steel structures, and finishing works.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues on site.

Conduct inspections, prepare daily reports, and ensure quality assurance/control procedures are followed.

Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

Ensure adherence to schedule and support project management in timely completion of milestones.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience, preferably on Aramco or other large-scale building projects.

Strong knowledge of Aramco standards, Saudi Building Code, and international engineering practices.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Valid Aramco approval (preferred).
